Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Original packaging is intact.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Item is not marked as non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Installed, modified, or damaged parts.
  • Electrical components.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Products without original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, defective merchandise, or shipping damage.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations
